hey everyone,
I am thinking about selling/trading my 95 SC deluxe, I love the bass but my gig situation is forcing me into dropped tunings, therefore I would prefer a longer scale bass i.e. Mark King or something else. Any offers or thoughts let me know here or e-mail me. I need to know of this is the right solution because I love this bass. Thanks.
Best Wishes,
-Ed

Hi Edward,

my emails from today also keep bouncing back from your mailbox. The error message returned was "mailbox full".

I'd love to have a SC model! I have a 20th Anniversary (pre-MK) model I'm willing to trade.

Do you still have a SC for sale? If so, do you have some pics, and how much?

Yeah, thanks werner. I got it back within a few weeks it was actually someone that I knew. He tried to sell it locally. Do you still have your MK? think I might want to stick with short scale after all though, SI SII
thanks

Yes, I still have my MK and I am going to stick with it too. End of december I bought an Epic fretless from an Alembic brother in Schenectady. I am expecting it today and I will also post pictures here once my mind turns back to normal mode.

Schenectady brother here...
I have been so bored lately with no Alembic to play, I've had to fall back on my old Ibanez SR505... Uh oh, the neck is a little bowed, where did my allen wrenches go?? I need a new 'Bic... Anyone got a fretted 5 that needs a new home?

Hi Adam,

just to let you know: the fretless baby arrived just minutes ago. I can't wait 'til my day job ends today to get my hands on it. It's 2pm in germany now, so another endless 4hrs to go ... Have to turn into lurk mode now and will reappear here when I've played the 1st set of strings to dead on my new baby ...

Hi Paul,

I see it is not possible to hide the arrival of a new Alembic in Europe before you. After playing for half of the last night the strings are still cooling down (tic ... tic ... tic). The fretless mmwaaaahhhh has caught me. I will take it to rehearsals of my tree bands during the next nights, so I am afraid but no spare time for pictures until the weekend. I promise pictures for next week in the showcase section.

mmmmwaaaaaaaaaaahhhh.
