For Sale: Glockenklang Heart-Rock amp in mint condition.

750 watts at 4 ohm, 400 watts at 8 ohm

3 rack spaces, 41 pounds

Equalizer (switchable on/off):
Bass: +/-15 @ 60hz
Low Mid: +/-12 @ 130hz
Mid: +/-8 @ 550hz
High Mid: +/-12 @ 4.2khz
Treble: +/-15 @ 12khz

Additional specs at:

This is the version before they updated it to run at 2.67 ohms. From what I understand, it's a relatively simple modification to update it. Never had it done as I didn't see the need. This thing is loud! Very pleasing tone even at high volume and versatile and musical EQ. I bought it around the summer of 2005 and it has been kept clean.

$1,500 plus actual shipping. No trades. I can accept PayPal, MO, checks (will have to clear prior to shipment).

I've got the Bass Art preamp by Glockenklang. It is, hands down, the richest, quietest sound I've ever heard. If you want a tube preamp and can live with the hiss, go with the Alembic FX-1. If you want the absolute quiet of a transistor amp, this is it folks. Its class "A" system architecture is second to none.
