Serial number question for mica

I have been looking at a used bass #82D2085. I am wondering if I could get some additional info. about this bass. The file does reveal this: DMB4 Distillate bass top: Walnut body: Mahogany neck: Maple and Purpleheart fingerboard: Ebony with mother of pearl ovals scale: 32" medium birthday: 4-6-1982 Nothing else... no registered owners and the dealer that purchased the bass originally wasn't recorded in the file. We've also never seen this bass for repair.
