Hey fellow bassists, It breaks my heart, but I have to sell my Alembic Epic. I am moving to Manhattan with my fiance soon and I don't think with pursuing a career at the UN I will find much time to gig like I have been for the past 8 years. I've decided to sell my bass and invest in something cheaper and less exotic to continue satisfy the urge to groove. Alembic has always been the superior mark of beautiful bass craftmanship and has that signature alembic sound. The Alembic, which is an EPIC model, is a FIVE string bass that is fretless. The pickups are Alembic Series II and the circuitry is active, which means a nine volt battery is used to power the bass. There are volume, bass, treble, and crossover (small crack on top of crossover, still works fine, just asthetic) knobs on the front which are all working. the following table for body lamination patterns on basses. MODEL TOP ACCENT BODY BACK Epic walnut maple veneer mahogany Wood Features Following table for neck lamination patterns on basses. MODEL 5-STRING Epic 5 maple with 4 walnut veneers There is a small ding on the BACK of the neck, smaller than the head of a q-tip swab. I can send anyone pictures, audio samples of me playing the bass, and anything else you need. I am asking 800 dollars and for you to cover the shipping. Any questions, give me a shout. I friendly, accomadating, and willing to work with people. jmcguir2@gmail.com |
