neck: 5-piece Maple with Walnut pinstripes
scale: 34" long
fingerboard: Ebony
inlays: Pearloid (plastic) ovals
side markers: inlaid bronze dots
pickups: 2 MXY56
controls: volume, pan, filter, Q switch, bass cut/flat/boost, treble cut/flat/boost, mono output
finish: Satin natural polyurethane (oil-look)
birthday: June 11, 1998

One correction. I fat fingered the year in the thread title. As you can see from the build info birthday, this is a 1998, not a 1999.

Thanks Loch. A terrific bass. It only took 3 days to get to Australia but had to have a vaction period in Australian Quarantine. Apparently wooden imports go through this.

It was recieved in good contion, well packed and with no damage. It plays well no unwanted noise. Its up to me to make sure it plays well I suppose!

Thanks for a very welcome addition to my instrument family.

... and we now have a very nice 2000 Oldsmobile Alero for my daughter to drive.
