Seller lists them as Q-switch x 4 which can't be right. Normally those would be a Q-switch, bass and treble quick change switches, and an LED switch. Certainly worth asking the seller about them. I agree with Keith - it's a spectacular top, but I think it's overpriced without the Signature electronics. Just my opinion of course... It definitely has koa on the front of the peghead.
