I'm selling my '78 Series 1 medium scale Series 1. It has a sterling silver logo, the body has a Koa top, Mahogany center, Walnut back. The neck is Maple w/ Purpleheart stringers, Macassar Ebony fingerboard, and 32” scale. SN 78 1063. It comes with the original case which is falling apart, and the power supply and cable. It sounds awesome and full, just like an Alembic should. The bass is very quiet and there is no RF interference like on some of the older ones. I prefer the older Alembics, I think they feel and sound better. Some finish checking and flaking around some of the frets as pictured. Any questions email at vintagemusicgear@aol.com or call my cell 609-330-9911. This is a recent ebay listing showing the pics. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320509281966&ssPageName=STRK:MEUSX:IT Asking $4250 or best offer. Thanks.
