After much deliberation I have decided to put my '93 Alembic Europa on the chopping block.

The Europa has been my dream bass for a long time and I finally picked one up early last year. I really broke the bank to get hold of it and now I can't really justify holding onto it anymore. I have other things I need my money for and I have other (cheaper) basses that I can use instead of the Europa. I currently have a Modulus Q5, a Mailloux DCS5 and an Epic5. It makes sense in my financial situation to sell off the most expensive of these basses.

This one weighs in at about 5.6kg.

The sound is amazing. It cuts through the mix really well and has an incredible amount of tonal options.

Has the standard Europa electronics - vol/pan/tone with Q-switch + bass & treble cut/boost switches.

The finish is a rare Blue Moon Burst over a flame maple top and looks absolutely stunning.

Condition is good. Has a few light scratches here and there but nothing that has caused damage and is really noticeable. There is a small chip out of the fretboard up on one of the higher frets (ill check which one tonight) but this does not affect playability.

Has schaller (I think) strap-loks.

Comes with original Hardcase. The hardcase is fairly beaten up and has a few tears in the Tolex but still does the job. One of the clips is broken.

I'm asking $5000AUS shipped pretty much anywhere in Australia. Let me know where you are and I'll work out how much it's gonna cost me & let you know if it's free :D

Will ship internationally but buyer will have to cover all shipping costs.

I love the blue moon finish; and this is a nice example.
