These cases are completely custom & the price would be $450 CONUS PayPal. Make an offer of less than $450 the worst I can say is no. I will cover shipping add $15 to Washington state (3500 miles for me to ship that far I am in NJ near AC) . Top horn on my triple O is a single grip. But this should fit a double grip Omega. This is for a 34" bass btw. Its weight is 19lbs somewhere around 55" in height about 24 to 27" in width and normal depth of a bass guitar case.
