Just bought the guts from a tribute. Not sure what Im gonna do with them yet? However I couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy them. I am currently looking for a Skylark right now. I recently was burned out of a sweet Skylark. It was a rare version and the seller ended the auction so that he could sell it to a collector... i told him he was a asshole.... Anyways I play in a Reggae jam band. Were called Recalcitrant.I currently play a strat,SG and a PRS semi Hollow 2. I use a Fuchs Tripledrive Supreme either on a Tone Tubby 2x12 or a pair of Hard Truckers 2x12's. Anyways just thought i would introduce myself and see if there is a nice Skylark out there for me? Joe: Welcome to the club. Always nice to have another six stringer around here. Skylarks, like most Alembic guitars, don't turn up on the used market all that often, but if you keep looking you should see a couple of Skylarks a year on eBay. Better still, keep checking the for sale & trade section in the forum. Members will usually list there before selling on eBay. Bill, the guitar one |

I just saw this now and have to respond as it pertains to Pele's sale. Mr. England chose not to use the buy-it-now option, and he was then out bid. It's as simple as that. And please have some respect with your language in the talk groups the Wickersham's so kindly afford us. Thanks, T (Message edited by lidon2001 on June 09, 2013) |

Actually, eternal September refers to people on the internet neglecting to respect the etiquette of the environment when they join up, usually in September as they gain access from becoming a new student. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eternal_September |

Alright, I may have taken that hideous exam last week, but that doesn't mean I'm a lawyer! :-) |

Edwin: You took the bar and lived! Congrats! Do they make you wait until just after Thanksgiving for results? They did out here when I took it - they just wanted that last opportunity to ruin your life for a few more days and spoil your holiday. :-( Bill, tgo, Esq. |
