Greetings from the #1 Alembic fan,(read fanatic) in Salt Lake City.Actually,I can say that with certainty because I think there's just one other guy and he's still thinking about buying one Most folks around here worship at the shrine of Leo.The more eclectic of us play Warwicks...wow;)Sorry if I offended anyone but to me the Alembic bass is truly an inspired design far exceeding the sum of its parts.I feel truly privleged as a lover of the Bass to be witness to what I feel will someday be considered by historians to be the golden age of bass guitar, and the Alembic will be revered and treasured by musicians centuries from now just as the Stradivarius is today. P.S. Did I mention I like Alembics? ;) |
