I'm not really new here I introduced myself back in March with the purchase of my first Alembic, a Walnut Rogue 5. I loved it so much that I was in the market for a second Rogue with LED's. Along the way I purchased a beautiful Macassar Ebony Spoiler. But it didn't quite fit the bill, so my search continued. As circumstances would have it I was able to purchase my dream bass, the very first Rogue 5 that I ever played. A friend that owned it had let me try it to see if it was the Alembic that would be right for me. It was the most beautiful (work of art) bass that I have personally ever laid my eyes on. It has a buckeye burl top, Ebony fret board with Tahitian black mother of pearl fret markers, Nickel hardware, red LED,s, inlaid logo with pearl, 7 piece Maple/Purple heart neck, and Europa/Rogue electronics. She plays like a dream, and now I have two, I think I just died and went to Heaven! Here are some Pictures!

You're not only a musician but a photographer - you have the eye. The basses are beautiful. When you get to know them over a few years you will love them.

Thank you! Man I'm already loving them. I've had the walnut one since March so I pretty much have a grasp of how to get the tones that I want now. The tone, clarity and workmanship is like no other bass that I have ever played! And yes I used to be a photographer, I actually took those pictures with my cell phone but I am always conscious of centering, lighting and contrast. You must be a photographer or have a good eye to notice?
