Hi everyone, just a quick hello. I'm a little slow on the uptake here. I've owned my '90 Elan Plus since '93. I purchased the bass from a Latin American doctor who never played it out. It was one of the Chuck Levin's Washington Music pluses (Mica - were they all?)Needless to say the bass is awesome! I'm glad to finally join up with the discussion groups - I've been enjoying reading all about the history of the Elan Plus and am really pleased at how it has kept its value! I'll try and get a picture of the bass up soon. thanks, Keith R. Warrenton, VA USA http://users.adelphia.net/~mitzi.keith/ |

PS Keith H. I don't think you'll have to ever worry about being out numbered by Olie's. Holy, Rollie, Olie. |

Yeah, Keith, Washington Music sold alot of Elan Plus basses. Some other dealers got them as well, but Levin's really adopted them as their main Alembic model for a while. |
