Hi, I've replaced my much loved and worn Rickenbacker 4001 with a 1989 Elan 5-string. I bought it in the US on the way back home to New Zealand. It's magnificent - a worthy successor to the Rick!

Anyone else in NZ with an Alembic?

Wow- beautiful Alembic. I'm in NZ as well (Hamilton), where are you?

I'm the proud owner of a 5 string Rogue which I had shipped over from the States. I'm an American living here, but it's home now and has been for over 3 years now.

I LOVE Elans- Yours is gorgeous.

Scha-weeet bass! I've always liked Elans. I played a Ric myself for many years before my journey to Alembicland.

Congrats and welcome aboard, Grant!
