hi everyone i'm jake and i'm new here so i just thought i'd say hi. i dont have any alembics yet but i have time [im only 16] but im primarily a guitar player and i follow lots of different guitar makers. I was first introduced to alembic a few years ago and I liked them as basses, but then I visited the shop in Santa Rosa in December and was completely blown away by how refined the alembic design and construction were in guitars and basically ive just been following more intensely ever since which has led me here. |

Welcome Jake, I wish you a nice Alembic in the near future, guitar or bass, you can't go wrong with that. Btw was it on the 31st that you went to Alembic? If so I might have met you. Valentino |

Jake: Great that you've found us! The second biggest secret in the world (after what's REALLY in the hangars at DreamLand) is that ALEMBIC makes FABULOUS guitars. Plus you've seen them built at close range. So you know WHO builds 'em and HOW they're built. You can really get a laugh when you see ads for other makers' "Custom Shop". Hah ! In a cookie-cutter world, ALEMBIC offers us the chance to own superior instruments. They're not cheap, simple, and not everybody 'gets' it. You do, so Congratulations, and we hope to hear from you in the future. Welcome ! Joey Wilson |
