After many years of playing Alembics, here I am! I'm the owner of 4 neato Alembics including Ocean Blue. Which was the April 2002 featured Custom. Even though own a few other brands, my Alembics are my first choice for EVERYTHING...You can hear them in action at www.myspace.com/tripwamsley. All those tracks are on Alembics with the exception of "Watch Them Bounce" which was done on a Status. That was only because my Epic had been damaged by a Hurricane. The Epic is all better now though thanks to James! Anyway, love to all and it's good to be here!

Hello Trip, welcome to the Club! Your 'It's Better This Way' album is in my CD-player a lot, and Ocean Blue is one of my all time favorite Featured Customs. Good to have you here...

Hi Trip, it is a pleasure to meet you here, I really dig your basses. I have a myspace page, and I can't figure out how to add music in. Any help?
Ken.

Ah. Being called "from another planet" is nice...But it won't get me a blues gig. Not that want one anyway. But, that's the reality. As for the myspace thing, I was trying to weed out the Klingons and concentrate on the people that are more serious about cyberfriendship. Apparently it's not working like it's supposed to. I put it back to the non-secure thingy. Thanks for the nice words all. Love!

Don't know if anyone's posted this yet...if so, my apologies:

There's a cool solo on that Greenish Alembic Monster that Trip plays that's on the www.bassplayer.tv website under the heading of "Summer NAMM 2007."

Trip: definitely skillz to pay the billz, yo.

Hello Trip,I would like to speak to you about your eight string specs and feel. I'm planning to have the Big A folks build one for me.I could use the pros and cons to make an informed decision of what will work best for me. Both Mica and Mary have my phone number. It's ok Mica/Mary to give him my number. Trip keep in mind I'm on the east coast so 9PM Monday - Thursday is your early evening. Call at your leisure.Thanks,B.

Welcome, Trip!

It's an honor and a priveledge to have a distinguished pro (and monster player!) such as yourself amongst our humble ranks.

Barry:

Another custom? The PA is paying you entirely too much, LOL!

Cheers,

Kevin

Yeah, another one. I've had it with the majority of the guitarist population so I decided I'll do it myself.LOL!Actually it may end up being a seven string but eight is in there since it's the same up charge. I own one five string in my life and naturally it's an Alembic. About a month after playing it, I found myself thinking I should of just got a six string. So I know if I get a seven I'll find myself wishing for an eight string. You know the Goldie locks parady buy the sportster and then go back for the glyde.
