Greetings from Maryland, USA.
I just got my first Alembic, an Orion 5, and thought I'd finally join the discussion here after drooling over the FTC threads for a while.

Greetings, Martian! How's the Valles Marineris? Blows the Grand Canyon away, eh?

I used to live in Columbia Maryland for a long time... but now I live in Las Vegas, Nevada!

Congrats on your first Alembic! Orions are great looking basses... basically the set-neck version of the Europas... Kris and I each have one, they're great!

Congrats, again. I second the request for pictures! And I hope our gravity isn't too much for you... almost triple what you're used to! Get a comfortable strap now!

Welcome aboard fellow Marylander!!!! I've played Griffs in Frederick many times. I'll have to look you up if I get up your way.

Thanks for all the comments, for some pics you can look in Flaxattack's for sale thread as it used to be his bass.
Bracheen, I'm glad you liked the tunes, we're ramping up our gig schedule now to support the album.
Stoney, let me know if you're playing there anytime soon.
