Hello Finaly, I have found (and buy)2 beautiful Alembics; Series 1 from 1980 and Essence 5 (1998) from Holand. You can't imagine how I am pleased with them.I am relatively old guy (48) and I haven't oportunity to even try or buy an Alembic. But from now, I am proudly owner. I will send pictures , when my dauther give me photo |

Hi Zoran... Welcome to the club. Sounds like 2 nice guitars you have there, you have every tonality covered with a 4 & 5. Having just reached 40 myself, you're never too old to enjoy the 'Alembic' thing! just keep 'doing what you do!'. As i point out to any 'older'complainers at functions, the 'Stones' are all in their 60's & they show no sign of stopping! Greetings from this side of the pond in the 'E.U', Keep playing LOUD & PROUD! & don't forget some photo's Steve |

Nice Wal. They were one of the basses I lusted after when I was around 18 in my local music shop in Newcastle. There's some very nice bass dueting between John Giblin and Percy Jones on Brand X'x Product album that made me want one at the time. I believe Pete Stevens has pretty much shut down the company nnow. Graeme |

This Wal is from 1982. My friend from Croatia (unfortunately he passed away) bought her with help of our another friend (His nickname was Cico), who used to work in Wal factory at building electronics, so he (at that time) had oportunity to buy Wal on custom request. After my friend passed away (7 years ago), i bought her from his Widow |
