I am a new member from Northern Va. I love Alembic instruments, my current collection includes an Epic. I hope to expand it in the near future and learn more about the instruments. |

I also own an 95 essence that had an unfortunate accident the other day - the head stock broke at the laminations when it was knocked over by a band member. Im heart broken and hope to have it fixed shortly |

Hi Matt, welcome to the board! Sorry to hear about your Essence, but the folks at Santa Rosa can fix it up for you; it's a relatively inexpensive repair, and they'll do it right. |

Hello, I am sorry to hear of the accident. I think that the damage will be corrected at the "shop". In my own experience the repairs done at Alembic are exemplary and can be paralleled by no one else. |
