I am a new member from Northern Va. I love Alembic instruments, my current collection includes an Epic. I hope to expand it in the near future and learn more about the instruments.

I also own an 95 essence that had an unfortunate accident the other day - the head stock broke at the laminations when it was knocked over by a band member. Im heart broken and hope to have it fixed shortly :-(

Hi Matt, welcome to the board! Sorry to hear about your Essence, but the folks at Santa Rosa can fix it up for you; it's a relatively inexpensive repair, and they'll do it right.

Hello, I am sorry to hear of the accident. I think that the damage will be corrected at the "shop". In my own experience the repairs done at Alembic are exemplary and can be paralleled by no one else.

Welcome to the forum. At least five members live in the NOVA area.
