Truss Rod Cover

Should I go to our local dealer and place the order there or is it ok to radio the Mothership directly to place the order? Any advice is welcome. I've lost the email reply but I do recall I would have to have sent the plastic one back so that they got the holes drilled I the correct place. I can't remember the cost but I guess it was more than I could afford at the time as I didn't proceed.
