Hey club members, can you help me with this?

On set neck Alembics, how much difference would a tone block add to the sound? Would it be VERY noticeable? I have 2 Orions and 1 SC deluxe. The SC deluxe has a tone block and it screams! I'm sure the neck through/purple heart stringers and electronics make a difference. Can tone blocks be added to basses post construction? Your feedback is very much appreciated.

If you are talking about the sustain block, the answer is yes, sustain blocks can be retrofitted. I just ran a search of the site for "sustain block" and found several threads on the subject. Hope that helps.
