Hi My name is mike and i wanted to know if Alembic has thought of a wireless system. I thought it would be cool to have no output jack and just have an "on" switch the sends signals and Alembic build a recvier for it that you plug into you amp. please tell me if alembic has done any of that stuff in the past.

Hello Mike, and welcome to the Alembic club.

Mica will be able to answer this in more detail, but I believe Ron has been approached a number of times about doing this; I think his reply was that it would not be possible to do it and keep the noise down where it belongs on an Alembic instrument . The power requirements would also mean heavier and larger instruments; and the cost in batteries would add up quickly.

Thank you Valentino for your responce. I guess it would weigh alot becase you have to power the electronics and addition to power the wireless system. Maybe Ron could make a rechareable batterie so the cost wouldnt be so great. Thanks again.
