Hello there

Here are some pictures from Amelie, my Tribute.
Don't know how much owners of a Tribute are living in Germany ... I'm proud to be one of all :-)
But I have a problem: there was no detailed manual included. And also no adjustment tools.
I asked the Alembic service and it was promised to send me a manual and a toolset. But nothing happens until yet (3 weeks ago) and no answer to my mails.
Perhaps someone of you have an idea where I can get such a manual (download) and what tools (sizes) I need for what adjustments?
Thank you very much :-)

Regards - Harry

Hello Pierre (?)
Die Welt ist klein (world ist small) ... because internet is big.
Thank you for your reply on my post.
I live in Germany in a small village ... 30 km from Heidelberg (I think that Heidelberg is one of the most well-known cities in Germany ;-))
The guitar (my dream since Grateful Dead in Essen, Rockpalast 1981) I have bought from a German store named Station-Music; they are Alembic dealers.
For the manual / adjustment tools: it was Mica who mailed me she (?) would send me that.
Best regards to Genf, Salü to switzerland :-)

Harry

PS: some more and bigger pictures are here in my galery:

the height is that the factory does not respond ... but that consumers should put their hands on...
N'importe quoi... Did you bought this guitar new or used ?

Flip, Thanks for posting all the links. I saw edits that referred to the requests and was going to do that, again thanks! The web manuals and additional information here are a great place to start.

@ fc_spoiler: thank you for the links, some of them I've seen before. I think, that all these little pieces gives a bigger plan for understanding what to do. So thank you once more :-)
(Any idea where I can download the adjustment-tools? ;-))
@ pierreyves: I bought it as new. The store had this guitar for 2 years in stock, so the manual and the tools are lost. For this they gave me a T-Shirt with Alembic logo :-)

Best regards - Harry

Hi Harry,

During our email exchange, I sent you the electronic version of the owner's manual and the link to the control layout the day you reported your new purchase, so I hope you found those already and could start using the guitar.

We include tools and manuals in every new purchase - in fact, Tributes get the most documentation. I hope to make the same type of manuals soon for the other electronics.

The materials have already been shipped to you. It was not likely the same day you sent me your mailing address, but shortly thereafter. It's not uncommon to wait 1-2 weeks for an airmail package. We will resend the items if they don't show up soon.

Wow - those are really nice pictures!

Hello Mica :-)

Thank you for reply, i thought you were in holidays.
I asked my dealer for manual and tools, ... probably lost. I've got a nice Alembic T-shirt instead :-)
I have to thank you for shipping manual and tools to me and I will confirm the arrival directly.

Best regards from Germany to Santa Rosa :-)

Harry

Thank you for the comment about the pictures :-)
