Now THAT's cool. Everytime I see an Exploiter, it's always flame maple. It looks terrific in walnut. Hey is that a David Eden 2 x 10 cab I spy on the top of your rig? stoney |

Hey Ernzt, great model. You know that the late John Entwistle (Who) played similar shapes of Alembics in SII model? Far more customized (a radically V-shaped peghead is the smallest customizing and amazing use of inlays and woods ) but basically the same. he once posed with that beauty in an old Bass-player magazine. The one with the "Entwistle collection". You should see it. Paul |

I got it signed by Stanley Clarke in 2008. He used a Black Bass like this on his 1985 album Find Out. |

Very cool! I have heard that he doesn't like to sign instruments, though it can be done - I had him sign the back of mine (SC Signature). Did you do anything to protect the signature? I have also heard that he didn't actually play the black Exploiter on the album, just used it for the photo shoot. Always loved that bass though! |

I played a Black Exploiter that had been Stanley's, at the Alembic Booth, at the 1985 Winter NAMM Show. I could have bought it for $1000.00 It didn't have White pickups though! |
