Here's another! I've had this baby for a while. I was just too lazy to get around to posting its pic. It never made it to the dealers floor; He informed me it was coming and as soon as I took one look at it, I grabbed it! S/N 03K13116 Under the Buckeye top, there's a thick Purpleheart laminate, a thin Maple laminate, then the Mahogany body. Also, Mica was gracious enough to send me the custom made and polished brass plates to replace the original plastic ones (which I felt were unbecoming to such a gorgeous Bass). Thanks Mica!!!

Rami, beautiful bass! I just noticed something: the front of the body, especially in the first picture, looks like a dog with one ear up, listening very carefully (is my boss coming home, is that the guitar player playing out of tune?). If you don't see what I see with my twisted imagination, take the lighter spots at both sides of the neck pickup as eyes, the bridge pickup as the nose, the tailpiece as the tongue and the pattern in the Buckeye as a whole lotta hair and also the dog's moustache. Hope I didn't offend you or your bass, because I really love it! Wilfred |
