Hi there.
Thanks for the kind words. Actually this baby was born as an unlined fretless! I haven't figured out why the red lights are on the fingerboard and not on the side? Where it would be to some use!!

Oivind, This looks like the MK that was on the Bass Gallery website for some time. If it is the same one, then it does not have original Alembic LEDs They are retro fitted Sims LEDs. I believe this bass has a circular plate on the opposite side from the control plate on the back of the bass correct? Battery compartment!

I thought about that one for a long time. I love the Walnut on the top! Unfortunately, the exchange rate definitely favors the British pound over the US dollar! Congradulations! Mike

I played that bass a couple of times upside down (I'm a righty) and it was one of the best sounding basses I've ever heard. I absolutely loved it; many a time I toyed with the idea of buying it and somehow playing it upside down! Ironically, over here it was an absolute bargain...
