Living large! My 55tth birthday (gag!!!) is tomorrow so what better thing to do than gift myself. The original owner is a touring pro and lovely! I've been wanting a replacement for the 74 series 1 I sold years ago. Loving the grafted matching top and back. Not sure what the electronics are, but in the end, the sound is everything. Playing through a GK MB tube Fusion 800 and a GK Neo 15. All anticipation. Need a time warp of a few days to kill the wait!

Sweet bass! I dig the chrome - both front & back!

My guess is that it will be volume, pan and filter for each pickup.

Yup - Signature electronics there. That's a really nice bass, I remember it well, his name is "Wally" or at least it was when he was born. Super great low end with that Cherry core and still some attack thanks to the Walnut top and back. Enjoy!

Having played this bass for a week now including a gig on Saturday, I can say without hesitation that it is the best built, finest playing and sounding bass I have ever owned bar none. My deepest gratitude to Mica and the entire Alembic family - this instrument is the greatest gift a bassist could hope for. Loving it. Thanks, Todd

Nice one Todd, that's one of my favourite Steely Dan tracks.
