Burl Brazilian Rosewood to die for. Also thought it was newer at first glance. Must admit I am not usually that big a fan of burled wood but what an exquisite piece of Rosewood! Would love to have an instrument with a top like that Rosewood is great sounding wood. Any chance you took a shot that includes the headstock? The electronics are interesting, too.
