I got this '04 Stanley Deluxe a few weeks ago, and it blows my other basses (Rickenbackers and Fenders) out of the water, U-571-style. Also, the side LEDs make for a true Zen experience when playing at home alone in the dark with a little delay on top... So the "standard" deluxe (hmmm...oxymoron?) could have it. No biggie at all just wondering, I know alot of the older SCD's used rosewood. That's a lovely bass.... and I bet it sounds great. jazzyvee
