I think this forum would be the perfect place to 'explain' to everyone why this is the "Furthur" guitar, not "Further". Mica or Susan, are you up to it? Do you want me to give it a try. BTW, I've decided my next guitar will be a "Furthur". I'll hang it next to the Tribute.

My dad named the Further guitar. Of course since we were also working n the Tribute at the same time, he was thinking about the early days and times with on the road with Furthur.

His idea was that the guitar could take your playing 'Further" and thought it would be less confusing to keep the regular english spelling.
