I just got my new Excel yesterday. I'm still getting to know it, but it sounds great and plays great. Here are a few pictures. I'll put up a few more when I get some better ones... it's hard to get the lighting right.   This bass has a nice earthy brown color that didn't come through very well in these pictures. It's not brown bass brown, but more of a lighter brown or tan. The color of the fingerboard looks more accurate in the peghead picture. | ||

Mario; originally, the standard electronics on an Excel had one pickup and three controls; volume, bass, and treble. The current standard setup for an Excel is two pickups and four controls; volume, pan, bass, and treble. | ||
