Hey Mike, Thanks for the compliment. The birdseye is really something to behold. The Essence electronics were what sold me on this bass. I've been tempted to add a Q-switch to her, but I am hesitant since this was the first wineburst produced. I'm afraid if a hole was drilled, it might actually bleed. ...Joel |

Congratulations! That's the bass that triggered my jones for Wineburst finishes. I bought a used Elan and had it refinished, then had a custom Mark King Deluxe built with the Wineburst finish. Enjoy that bass, it's got to be a keeper! Reid |

Wow....I bought that bass out of Canada brand new. I sold it and bought a Mark King Deluxe 5 in cocobolo, only to have it stolen five years later. Wish I would have kept that Orion. They are hard to come by. |
