Dear Alembics,
since I´m waiting long time, now I have my new Bass. Is it a nice Cocobolo?
In conjunction with my Aguilar its an
incredible sound....
One thing I must say: you Americans buildt the best Bassguitars and the best
Bass Amplifiers and Bass Speaker Cabinets

Now THAT'S how cocobolo is supposed to be - IMHO - highly figured and color contrasting.

The close-up of the lower bass bout is what's blowing my mind. Spectacular!

I gotta admit, this is one of the best tops I've seen. It alomost looks like the face of a hippo.

Fantastic top! I love that wild pattern! Exactly how I love them! Tortuous, shiny, deep, and soooooo unique!Reminds me a bit mine!
Cheers and enjoy!
