Pretty sure it is. We made a lot of Epic 6 string basses for Washington Music. There were a number of them made in Wenge. At one time they had 19 in stock! Wouldn't surprise me if this was one of them.

Nice to see some Alembics in Russia again. In the early 80's the Russian government bought several Series Basses for some music schools.
