I saw this today on the Jam House web site when looking to see who is playing there. The bass player has what looks like a Series I bass. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0RfTsZvk4M&feature=player_embedded#at=160 Jazzyvee |

Of course it's crazy, but doesn't he look a little like Keith Moon, at least in the opening shots? Bill, tgo |

Listen to Steve York playing a solo on a song called "Centaur Woman" when he played way back in the 60/70's with a fantastic band called "East of Eden" WAAAAYYY before their time. If you can get a good link to "Centaur Woman" then please send it to me. At the time ( and even now) it blew my head off!!! Dave Swarbrick (at the time) called him-- "the best young bass player in the universe--------apart from myself, that is praise indeed LOLOL!! The Album was called SNAFU (Message edited by georgie_boy on May 06, 2011) |
