I saw this today on the Jam House web site when looking to see who is playing there.

The bass player has what looks like a Series I bass.

Of course it's crazy, but doesn't he look a little like Keith Moon, at least in the opening shots?

Listen to Steve York playing a solo on a song called "Centaur Woman" when he played way back in the 60/70's with a fantastic band called "East of Eden"
WAAAAYYY before their time.
If you can get a good link to "Centaur Woman" then please send it to me.
At the time ( and even now) it blew my head off!!!

Dave Swarbrick (at the time) called him-- "the best young bass player in the universe--------apart from myself, that is praise indeed LOLOL!!

The Album was called SNAFU

Here's a link to SNAFU, but I don't see Centaur Woman on it.

Maybe got the SNAFU link wrong, but it was Centaur Woman with Steve York (now with Elkie Brookes)playing a----Fender Jazz bass with a pick. What an amazing sound!!
Great stuff!!!
