That reminds me of The Penguin Cafe Orchestra, the late Simon Jeffes would have definitely composed something along those lines. Really cool tune and nice to play the bass along to it. What about Newton's gravitional constant, the spin of various sub atomic particles, Planck's constant, log values...would produce some weird tunes! |

The idea reminds me of a friend's rutbuster/riff generator; phone numbers...open the phone book and put your finger on a number, which become fret positions...guaranteed you will play note combinations you wouldn't think of...I actually used my old drummer's phone number as a song... tony |

Terry mentioned the Penguin Cafe Orchestra. Here's an old favorite, Air á Danser. |

Wow - that was really cool! Thanks for posting. Here's Michael John Blake's version of Pi http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YOQb_mtkEEE&feature=like-suggest&list=UL The only thing I wish he added was some bass. Stephen |

My all time favourite of the Penguin Cafe Orchestra is Perpetuum Mobile http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NPpRJoYISSQ Simon Jeffes is a genius sadly missed, I wish I was half the musician he was. |
