I like the fact that if you don't have a wife there's no barriers...my cat doesn't care how many instruments I have, although she likes that I got a new 5 guitar rack so she can take over the chair they used to sit on...Tony |

I forgot to mention...when I worked in a guitar shop(NJAMS in Vancouver, RIP) I used to tell guys worrying about new stuff that spouses would notice new guitars but pedals were easy to slide in...cheaper and almost as good for new inspiration; sometimes better... |

I showed it to Senior Management and pointed to the "10+" pairs of shoes box. She asked if sandals and sneakers count. I said "of course they do"! Bill, tgo |

Here is the Silicon Valley, there's a Ham Radio Outlet store located near a very popular hamburger place in Sunnyvale. The radio shop is definitely a "boy's club". For many years now, there's been a sign posted in their window that says "Your wife called and said you could buy anything you like!". David Fung |

Nothing bursts your balloon like a practical minded wife! However, I'd probably be broke w/out her....though I'd have a whole lot of great gear! |
