Jim has passed on aged 88. report here. My second amp was a marshall 100watt lead/bass thing that I blew up. I still carry a 300 watt Jubilee head to weddings in case my main amp dies. It sounds great. Graeme |

Another great loss but like Leo, he changed the face of rock music. My son has Jim Marshall's autograph on a Jimi Hendrix poster when Jim was at our local guitar show a few yeas ago, A sad day indeed RIP Jim |

Yes- my son has a Jim Marshall autograph but not on Jimi Hendrix - I think it was just on a Marshall poster. Another legend. Glynn |
