Recently, I saw this post in the News & Announcements section, >>"Moody Straps has split up recently. We are doing business exclusively with the founder, Alison, who now heads Moody Leather, & will be getting our straps from her."<< http://alembic.com/club/messages/403/13129.html?1096919857 I had been looking for a decent strap for some time and then saw this post. To make a long story short, I checked out the website, sent an email, spoke on the phone to Allison, ordered 2 straps, and today they arrived. These have to be the finest straps I've ever seen, not to mention the most comfortable, and Allison is a pleasure to do business with. Expensive?
