I've read quite a bit about this gear, sent emails back and forth to Phil Jones himself, but I haven't been able to "hear" what it actually sounds like, as no dealers in the Montreal area are carrying the line. Currently there is one on eBay that I'm bidding on, but I'd still like to get feeedback from anyone who's experienced the "sound" of this gear. Thanks in advance. Ellery (Lowlife) |

Try www.drbasscabs.com Talk to Mark tell him Barry referred you.I have two of his cabs, the first is a custom 2x12 1000watt 3-way that we co-designed,The second is on it's way and is a 1x18" sub.I have Ampeg,Eden,SWR and BagEnd and Marks cabinets are the most accurate I've ever played through.Clear, clean, accurate sound thats a little warm and punchy not muddy at all.His prices are more than fair and the products are top notch with attention to detail. Not satisfied with what's out there?Tired of what's popular or what's being shoved down your ears?Have Mark build you something at a reasonable cost. He's personally involved with every build and his designs and years of experience as a bass player shine through his work.I think I just talked myself into ordering another one of his wonderful cabs lol!Geez did that come off as a commercial? |
