John, the previous owner of my favorite bass, sent me a picture of his lead
singer playing a grape flavored SC. NJ band: Stronger Than Dirt.
I just wanted to share the pic.

It can be a bit disconcerting to look out into the audience and notice that they're all watching the ball game on the big screen tv.

It went away. It went away.

(I figured I'd answer both your questions in one post!)

It was there before, and it may return. No idea what happened.

There she is! Very nice...she can try out Ke(vi)n's Custom Orion any time she wants!

BTW, Wow, straight out of Willie Wickersham's, er, um, Wonka's factory....does that bass come in any other flavors besides grape? LOL! Watermelon or sour apple would be more my speed.

Geez. This photo way-overstimulated me. Didn't know what to look at first - hot chick with protruding tongue (ok, that was first), beautiful purple Alembic, widescreen plasma, or Ron Jermey (good one Rami!). GREAT photo.

It was funnier BEFORE Nigel edited the guy's face out. He really did look like Ron Jeremy!

We should probably give the guy a break. If he knew we were talking about him, he might even be flattered at the comparison!

I did not obtain the guitar player's permission to post 'his' picture, therefore, the edit.

Compromise. I went to the band's site and this picture is posted there, along with others.

Here's what's worse than that: when I look out into the audience and suddenly realize that I am watching the ball game on the big screen TV. Been there, done that.

I knew a guy who used an earphone and concealed radio to listen to the ballgame while playing on stage.

Being a Dolphin fan is not much of a picnic either, but there's plenty of football watchers up here in Patriots territory having a grand old time. I feel for you Texans.
