I just want to wish everyone at Alembic and in this club a very Happy Thanksgiving! I'll be serving up SF-2. (Succulent Fowls - two of them). I wanted to get my bird with purpleheart lams, but they were all out. Oh well. Have a great day.

Hey! Just got finished making the eggplant casserole. It is going to be great! Full of shrimp and crabmeat...lots of parmesan and olive oil..crushed pepper...good stuff!

Anybody else here frying a turkey?

Brother Michael,

may I beg you for the recepy of that casserole please???

And to all you bro's and sis' out there, as an amateur cook and interested in US kitchen: please, recepies. I try to specialise a bit in what people prepare in family context when they invite A LOT of people (and BRBQ is NOT an option)

OH IMPORTANT: WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS.
MY E-MAIL ADDRESS IS GOING TO BE CHANGED. SO I WILL BE HOOKED OFF FOR A WHILE.

Anyway ...spread the word ..."recepies".

Paul the bad one
