Used CD's from Amazon

Buyer beware or safe bet? I don't want the mp3, I want the CD with liner notes. I noticed they have Jack Bruce's How's Tricks? I am over the moon with being able to hear this music again. To me this was a pivotal album in 'finding' Jack Bruce.
