I'd like to say Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all at Alembic and thank you from the bottom of my heart to those who made my bass dream come true this year. In addition, I'd like to wish the same to everyone in the Alembic Club; although I've not been able to post much in the latter half of this year for reasons many and varied (something I aim to rectify next year), this truly is the friendliest, most open-minded and supportive forum I've ever had the pleasure to be involved in. Best wishes to you all, and your loved ones, for Christmas and the year to come. And while I'm at it, let's all pray for peace on earth too.... All the best Shaun | ||

Sam, good work. I don't see Shoshone in there, but I'm not complaining. Ditto, Shaun. Thanks everyone for the support, Alembic Inc. and the Club. Good customer service is practically nonexistent these days. Alembic's is great. I have had quite a few questions answered and problems resolved by all of you. "Hyvää jouluä" Says my daughter who stayed for 6 months in Finland. Happy newyear is faaaaaaar to difficicult to pronounce she murmured when passing by (I think she simply don't remember teh words). Paul - rather... weird. Winters are usually rather cold in Poland, and we had about 8 Centigrade (plus!!!) today! Strange, especially considering the fact it was quite cold yesterday... And Santa Claus didn't bring me an Alembic... ;-) I got a Melissa auf der Maur CD though, which is very nice :-) | ||

Paul, Happy New Year gets real hard to pronounce about midnight. It's good she's home for the holidays. Jarek, I tried to remember where everyone lives but I'm sure I missed a couple of places. It's seems odd that it's already Christmas day at your home and still Christmas eve here. I loved your disclaimer by the way. Jarek: VERY funny. I almost fell off my chair LOL - and I'm a lawyer!!! It reminded me of a T-Shirt I once saw that stated a generic: "The sports team from my geographical area can beat the sports team from your geographical area".
