Wow! Now if you only spent all that time, you know, like practicing a musical instrument. You would be really good by now!

Congratulations half millenniarian.

1,000! I can't recall at the moment but I think that means that at Alembic gatherings, members who haven't yet made it to 1K posts have to carry your rig in from the parking lot.

That was the beauty (one of them)of the Chicago Gathering... located at BagEnd so nobody had to carry in bass rigs. I helped load in my drummer's kit, and I believe the guitarists present used house gear or brought their own. Bill? Jonathan? Paul?

I flew in from California, so all I brought was my custom Further in a Calton case. I assume the hosts provided the guitar amps as a perk as I had reached 4000 posts at that time. And the official Alembic groupies for those with over 2500 posts was definitely appreciated! lol.

Looks like I'm carrying, and it wouldn't be the first time :-) I must be at post 20 or something. Congrats kilo-posters!

I brought my Epiphone Blues JR combo, the loudest 5 watts I had. Would love to do that again but with a bigger rig!

And...the name is Roger. My handle always confuses people, but I like Mike a lot so I'll let it pass. You'll have to owe me a Bird Song for that next time we get together though, ha!

Now lets do this Gangnum style: Gangnum

Bird Song!
Count me in, that was the one with the intro with the low D and the 4 x 21 sub woofer cabinet. :-D

It was seismic. . .
