I just picked up the 4 DVD set of the Live Aid concert from the mid 80's. The WHO performed as one of the MANY 80's acts and John was playing his famous Spider bass. (4 String i believe) If you have a good surround sound system or stereo you can really hear his bass ring through to Who's blistering set and you can get a few good looks at it also. All J. E. fan needs to check this out. |
