The Bass centre UK have a showcase pic of a newly built JPJ here. http://212.67.202.147/~bassadmin00/news.htm

Unusually, it seems to be strung for right handed playing. Perhaps - like my left-handed daughter, the new owner picked up a right handed bass and started playing it left handed. Is this destined for anyone in the club?

It's somewhat curious that they've special ordered this custom built Alembic and they're sending it to Sims to have the inlay done. Perhaps there was a copywrite or trademark issue.

Nothing would surprise me with the Bass Centre. I went into the one in Birmingham almost three years ago, complete with £4,500 burning a hole in my pocket as I was Alembic shopping and I was very much an inconvenience in their day. Their loss because I ended-up at Edwin van Huik's door a few months later...
