Mr Branca has made a name for himself in the avantgarde scene since way back. The memory is dim, but methinks the music was not overly subtle in a somewhat less than refined way - the kind of stuff for which a two-bodied guitar would be quite the thing.

If you take a look at the booklet with Victor Wooten's new cd, he has various 'freak' basses displayed in his soul circus including a siamese bass.

He surely made you look if nothing else! I love people with crazy ideas, even if I don't hold with all them ideas myself in the first place...

I wonder if he ever considered attaching the strap on both bodies to compensate a bit for the neck weight?
